Rev. Ralph Anthony Oliver II

Chief Executive Officer

With over fifteen years of youth ministry experience and serving as an Associate Pastor, Reverend Ralph Oliver understands the plight of this generation from an urban and suburban perspective. His ministry has uplifted hundreds of youth across the nation and world giving them aspiration to Dream Big in their life’s endeavors by seeking God first. 

Stacy Jean-Bart

Chief Operating Officer

Stacy received a BA in Criminal Justice/ Juvenile Justice at Kaplan University. Stacy is a certified volunteer with the National CASA Association. Stacy has been a mentor for over ten years. Her commitment is to empower, equip and encourage individuals to achieve personal growth by providing services, resources and support that promote success and self-discipline. 

Nancy Wagio Oliver

Chief Financial Officer

Following in the footsteps on her mother, her spirit to care and consider the orphaned children at the Emmanuel New Hope Rescue Center in Kenya, which attends to 56 children. While living in Bahrain, she continued in her spiritual growth having joined Higher Life Church. She faithfully served as an usher, worship leader, prayer partner, youth ministry and discipleship coordinator.
