Our commitment allows us Empower, Equip and Encourage individuals to achieve personal growth by providing services, resources and self-discipline.

VISION:

Our vision is to heal and strengthen hurting youth and their families in our community, so they will be able to lead, teach and minister to future generations.

CORE BELIEFS:

  1. We are able to accomplish ANYTHING through the strength of Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:13)
  2. We all have dignity, worth and value
  3.  We have to unlearn certain behavioral patterns in order to see change
  4. We believe individuals have to accept responsibility for the change they want to see in their lives
  5.  We know through life’s toughest battles that many victories are won.

BELOW ARE SOME STAGGERING FACTS AND STATISTICS ABOUT OUR YOUTH AND COMMUNITIES:

  • Youth account for 18 % of all violent crimes in the U.S. and 33 % of all serious property crime.
  •  Everyday, 2,833 children drop out of school.
  • About 6% of the household population aged 12 and older
